Buying a home was initially scary, daunting, and even seemed to be ‘the impossible’ for us. However, our fears were calmed by Trish and Peter from our first phone call all the way to signing closing papers. Hello Trish and Peter,

I can’t believe how fast the last six weeks have flown by. Packing, cleaning, moving, unpacking….and then moving it all around again until you find just the “right spot” for everything. But tonight, I’m home. I’m happy. I’m content. I haven’t been able to really say that for a long time. Because no matter which apartment I was living in over the last few years, it never really felt like….home.

And I certainly would not be enjoying myself this evening if it had not been for the outstanding service that you and Peter provided to me over the last year. Despite, the bad economy, my changing jobs, my not being able to figure out where I wanted to live or what kind of house I wanted – both of you stuck with me and provided competent and quality advice. All of which turned out to be absolutely correct - every time.

 And your patience on my behalf is amazing. I’m sure that I was not the easiest client that you have ever worked with. I hope Peter will forgive me and join me in laughing about the time I forced him to show me that house I found in south Reno that had the hole in the roof and the outside door in the master bathroom that looked out onto the traffic on Longley Lane! It looked good on the Internet, but Peter was right – that was definitely not the house for me! I’m really glad I took your advice and waited until you found something better for me. 

Trish, I also realize that you didn’t make a lot of money off this transaction. Yet, you still showed me the same attention and concern that you would give to someone buying a multi-million dollar property up at “the lake”. Your attention to the details in the sales contract, your accompanying me to the probate hearing, the negotiations with the mortgage and title companies, all proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that you and Peter are true professionals in real estate matters. And the only thing better than buying your own home, is knowing that it comes with two of the nicest friends anyone could ever have.
